Stay away from austin air, they take your money and send you open items then when you return it they will ignore your calls, emails, never call you back. and refuse to refund your money, i have it all documented and videos of all my interactions with austin air. i was initially going to make a youtube video comparing the IQAir and austin air, but the IQAir clearly wins since austin air just steals your money and wont send you a Quality product. a nuisance to the neighborhood. employee speed up and down the street. They illegally double park at the corner. even on the wrong side of the street. Litter all over the ground walking back to work.
Has anyone had one of these arrive defective right out of the box?? I received my Healthmate + and Healthmate + jr yesterday. The Healthmate + seems okay so far but the jr is making a loud rattling noise on all of the speed settings. The wheels on it are also scuffed, scratched & dirty and both of the units were covered in a thick dust/dirt - not ideal when you have a kiddo with a severe dust mite allergy!! I have had an Austin Air healthmate 400 for a while now and it makes a huge difference in the quality of my air it feels significantly lighter and more fresh then before. great product highly recommend. it's also my cats favorite hangout spot on top of it
