Fantastic massage! Especially loved how she worked on the tension in my shoulders. I felt amazing afterward.

I didn’t feel the therapist was attentive to my needs, and the massage lacked the professionalism I expected based on the ratings. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the overall experience.
