Fantastic chocolates. I bought this via their website and created my own box, focusing very heavily on the strawberry fondants which were so good I'm thinking about eating another one as I type this. These are going to be my go to choice for special occasions. The packaging is exquisite - a lovely heavy box in duck egg blue with a sliding drawer and beautifully wrapped with tissue. Been a Audrey's chocolate lover over the years. Recently brought an expensive selection of my old favourites violet and rose creams. I was thoroughly disappointed at the change. Far less flavour, colour and texture of the fondant. Not sure when the recipe was changed but my family are no longer in love with these chocolates. Shame not sure we will return.
One order and I already know this is going to be a dangerous temptation! The most delicious chocolates, the most delicious milk chocolate I’ve had since I can remember- I often find more upmarket chocolate too intense but this has the perfect balance. The coconut ice is also something to behold and will definitely become a staple. The packaging is beautiful and there are so many thoughtful details. I’m going to be reusing the boxes as they’re just so pretty to look at. Worth every penny.
Stumbled upon this brand recently and admit never heard of this fantastic company. I've been searching and trying various other UK brands but not really been happy. These chocolates are absolutely delicious. I bought a small box 227g ,the milk chocolate selection. Can't fault the choice and the fillings are all good and to my liking. Looks as though I might be buying more. The fondant selection is next on my list . Well worth trying folks!
Whatever has happened to Audrey's Chocolates? My husband bought me a chocolate egg, half plain and half milk with a mix of chocolates inside. The taste was flat, no lingering taste of cocoa, certainly nothing like I've experienced before. At nearly £30.00 I would expect a taste of rich, luxurious, deliciousness. Sadly this was a real disappointment and after years of coming to this shop we will not be making a return visit
