poor customer service, unknowledgeable, overpriced. Felt like they were trying to get one over on me to get some more money.
If you are looking for an Audi dealership that cares about customer service with people focused on doing things for you without the hassle of buying a car this is the one. I did most of it on line and went for a test drive and received all the information I requested immediately and left without any harassment. My wife and I decided what car and again did the rest from home, set up a time and went back for car delivery. Best car buying experience yet!
Everything from the sales staff to the service department. Mike was great in service and the sales staff was very helpful.
