I'm sad that I paid a lot of money and trusted that I would get better results. Audi dropped the ball on this one.

I was selling my car and I put my info on Auto Nation. Audi Peoria sent an automated quote very quickly and Juan Mendoza, an Audi Brand Specialist, gave me a call . I can always count on Michael Franklin, Assistant Service Manager, to make sure my S5 Cabriolet is properly serviced and provide a loaner when needed. I have no worries when leaving my Audi with my service manager and/or this dealership. I do enjoy visiting with Mike, who always seems to have a smile.
