RecommendedThe Service Department was absolutely amazing. We broke down quite a bit away driving in from CA and David in the Service Dept waited until we got there to have a loaner ready for us to use to finish the rest of our vacation. I was called very timely to let me know what was wrong and we worked out a plan to fix my car so it would be ready on our way out of town. David was so helpful, communicative and friendly. Thank you for helping us when we needed it the most.
Scott Wikert (Salesman) did an amazing job of finding the car we wanted. He was able to find the perfect 2020 A5 with all the bells and whistles that we were looking for. Scott personally drove down to Tucson to pick up the car and brought it back so that we can purchase it that day. It was a bit of a challenge finding the right car but in the end, the experience was very positive. 😃
I was casually browsing the internet of things for a what is a unicorn these days, a manual gearbox 09 Porsche Carrera S. Everytime you deal with Mike in the service department you can be sure that you will be receiving A1 customer service. The techs in the back get it done too!
I have had my Audi since 2014 and I have never had any problems with the service department. Mike who is the assistant manager for the service department is excellent. He is always nice and pleasant and is always very informative.
Great customer service - they greet me right away when I come in for a service appointment - and are efficient with their work, and then getting me checked out. I have had no problems with any of the work they have done on my Q5!

I needed 4 new Pirelli tires after only 9500 miles on my 2019 Audi SQ5.I had to pay full replacement cost ($1899 incl. wheel alignment) even though Pirelli stars it will pro rate replacements on tires bought through new car sale ! Customer satisfaction ???
From start to finish it was the easiest purchase I have ever had. People were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My sales person Daniel Hobbs was excellent during the purchase and after.
