Sally in the service department was amazing! She explained the work they recommended on my Q7 TDI. She didn’t pressure me into making a decision right when she called and was understanding when I said I wanted to go over it with my husband. She called me with an update when my car was not going to be ready until the following day. I will be returning to Audi Peoria and Sally anytime my Audi needs service.

The service and professionalism at Audi Peoria is outstanding! Mike, in the series department, is a gem. He is always courteous and goes above and beyond for us. I also appreciate Mike’s way of educating us about our car. He is not condescending or aggressive. Not just with us but with other guests that I have seen him interact with. We have worked with Peoria Audi for two different cars. First a Q5 and then downsized to an A3. I was planning to purchase either an Audi Q5 or a BMW X3. I saw a really nice certified used Q5 at the Audi Peoria dealership.
