Hidden add-ons are so expensive for pre-owed cars and the manager has to ego problem.
The internet sales associate assured me that the car was available. I waited another day for the sales person to call and set up an appointment, but found out that the car had been sold two days prior.

If I could leave a zero start I would. I made a deal with Audi Pacific to come pick up the car this memorial day. The sales agent said we are good to go on Wednesday. I asked for the documents to confirm but never heard back from him. I contacted him again on Friday and he said everything was fine. This is the worse dealer ever . They asked for $1000 down-payment I said ok. Then I bought flight ticket to LA to pick up the car my friend flight to LA to see and check the car , then they send me the purchase contract I sign all the pages. And then they cancel everything because the manager sold the car after I already did everything they asked. And what they do is ignore my calls until now nothing has being returned.

Good job Consistently, Audi Pacific, and my service manager Francisco Valenzuela, offer top-notch, responsive service. Recently, when my rear view mirror was damaged by someone while the car was parked in a lot (and who left no note), this was once again the case -- Frankie was quick to have my car checked out and an estimate prepared.
Great Audi Dealership I did not buy my Audi here, but I took my Audi here most of the time to get things serviced or fixed the first couple of years I had my car. The service is pretty quick and the people are generally nice. The dealer's always charge a lot to get things fixed, though.
Natalie Lucido I recently had to take our 2014 Audi Alroad in for service because of the check engine light being on . I was taken care of by service writer Natalie Lucido who was very polite and obiviously knew her stuff. She informed me that they might have to keep the car if any replacement parts were needed , Which it did . She set me up with a loaner to drive while my car was being repaired.
