I purchased a car from Audi North Orlando, it was disaster. The car was not clean, it had damaged that was not disclosed prior to the purchase. The wheels had curb damaged which they attempted to fix as I waited for hours. The sales person was not there on the delivery day nor have I heard back from her to discuss other issues with the car.

Great customer service who responded to my inquiry right away. The car was in excellent condition and we are quite please with both the service of the dealership, and the vehicle, which we purchased.
BUYER BEWARE...PLEASE READ. North Orlando Audi will NOT stand behind their vehicles nor their subpar service. We purchased a 2017 model car from them last year...they lied to us about doing any service to the car which we found out later that was a lie...the service done by them was so wreckless that it not only voided our car's warranty, but was posed as a hazard on the roadways. The total to have their mistake fixed is just shy of $8,000 which they are refusing to pay.
