They were helpful and informative, I could not get to the dealership in person for a few days, and the car was sold the day before my appointment.
Met with a the dealer sales person but she really was not interested in trying to making any kind of sale. She wanted me to buy the car I asked about in our texts even though it was way over the price I wanted to spend and after a test drive that I completely fell in love with the brand she couldn't be bothered trying to get me even an entry level deal. Car was overpriced, when they dropped price it sold fast. They were kind , but didn’t move on price when I called.

Quick response and follow up
We spoke with a salesperson and told them we would be there after work. Messages to say we were on the way. The sales person confirmed the car was there. We drive an hour and when we arrived the car was given to someone else to test drive and we were told to wait around to see if they wanted the car or not. If they didn’t we could drive it. It was a horrible experience and would never go there again. What happened was unethical. We were not told the car would not be held for us.
