Was contacted by 2 from the dealership. Very helpful and eager to help and assist me. I don’t know if I can help you with your decision to use this dealership but I think I would if I decide on the car I was looking at
We bought a Mini Cooper from then. Very nice car. Smooth transaction but they did it tell us all the things that were wrong with the car before we bought it. I would still have purchased it but they should still have disclosed to me that the traction control did not work and the passenger visor mirror was broken, etc. That would have made the sale more transparent.

Even though, I did not purchase from them, they deserve the 5 star rating for their customer service! Was not the dealership, I found a better deal elsewhere and this place was a close second. The follow up and the video introduction was awesome! I would definitely love to work with them one day!
