I had a confirmed appointment, still had to wait for them to put gas in the car (1/2 tank) then I got in the car and it had warning lights on, low tire pressure. For an Audi dealership selling an Audi-branded vehicle, it is surprising--and concerning--that the dealership would choose not to supply the standard two keys or complete a proper pre-certification check. Both could easily be handled on-site, which makes the omission feel more like a lack of attention and care than a limitation of resources.

Finance director was bundling additional packages without my knowledge, despite being very clear as to what I wanted to include in the financing of the car. He also stated numerous times the service policy I was 5k miles or every 6 months, which is absolutely not true. After he offered a horrible financing rate, despite a very strong credit score, I explained my local credit union would be who I wanted to use.
