Since they've moved into the new building, things at Audi North Houston have changed and not for the better. I bought my A6 from the former Millineum in 2010 and she had 7 miles on her. She now has 142,000+ and I take excellent care of her. Service has been outstanding until recently and today I left stunned and really disillusioned at the way I was treated. Sewell (Audi North Houston) has THE best customer service ever, period! Thank you to Paul and team in the service department for taking such good care of me and my vehicle. They even brought my vehicle to my house and picked up the loaner car so that I would not be inconvenienced! True testament to great management, great training, and a great staff!
The service I received yesterday as well as many times before has been exceptional
I went in to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee from their preowned inventory. William Bryan treated me as if I was buying an Audi R8. The buying experience was smooth And William and Kayla in finance beat the "sign and drive" I had with my bank saving me a ton of money. This is the way buying a car should be. These guys are the exception to the rule and I'll be back for sure.
After my last experience trying to buy an S6 I can say I'll never do business with sewell again. Went to Audi West Houston and they know how to deal with customers!!
