Unbelievable, you buy a Q7 from Sewell, then take it in for service. First, they take a while to resolve our issues, then we notice that the mileage for our car when we pick it up is a whole lot different than when we dropped the car off. Next, we come home and notice that someone from Sewell took our car home the night prior and drove it back to Sewell the next day not thinking that we would not see the charges on our EZTag. This is my second truck that I purchased from Sewell and I promise you I’ll never go anywhere else! The process is so comforting and relaxing. Chase and the entire team at Sewell was just fantastic. I had a trade-in and purchased a certified used vehicle. The entire process went smooth and easy.
I put my SQ5 in for some maintenance earlier today, my service rep said they would try to have my car ready for 3pm. At 3.20pm I called for an update, my service rep was busy and I was told I would get a call back in a few minutes, which never came. Since I never heard anything I decided to drive down to check my vehicle status. I arrived at Audi at 4.10pm and spoke to the front desk and they were not aware of the status so I waited some more.
