I bought a used vehicle from this dealership. I love the car and the buying experience was amazing. My problem is that I purchased from Sewell expecting a thoroughly inspected used car, but 2-3 months after purchase the check engine light started coming on, so I parked the car until my fiancé (a certified mechanic with decades of experience) could go through the car. I will NEVER bring my audi here ever again. I didn’t buy the car from this dealership although I gave them first chance to get me the best deal because of it’s close proximity to my house. I had planned to use this audi as my primary dealership for servicing. Well when I took my car for a complimentary wash I was told it’s only available to Audi of north Houston Customers! Hello!!! Audi Houston North. Remember pigs get fat and hogs get slaughtered. Not only do they not give wholesale discounts to shops, but are charging 20% OVER list. If anyone takes their car in to this place for repair out of warranty then BEWARE!! You're getting screwed!!
Always on point!!! Service is super and the snack bar is well-stock for little ones and big ones. Our 4th Audi, we switched to this location after our 1st due to the service from everyone, everyone.
