All ways a great experience
Picked up my car which got maintenance-rotation of wheels, oil change, etc. Today the tire pressure light came on. 🙄 Anyone know why? When I called the receptionist said I would need to bring it in. Really?!! Drive 45 mins BACK to the dealership!!! NO.
I called about a car online and talked to Mark Lane. He was very professional and invited my wife and I to test drive 2 cars that I was looking at online. I ended up with a great deal from a great company. Mark made the buying experience an easy one. The Audi A5 convertible I bought one had one key so Mark is trying to work to get me another one. So far I would recommend Sewell and Audi North Houston.

After having a very bad experience with an Austin Audi dealer we reached out to Audi Houston North for our new Q7. We made an inquiry on a Thursday evening around 7pm via internet and within minutes I received a call from Chris Matz.
