I recently bought a pre-owned mustang from Audi Morton grove. I want to highly compliment the staff and finance staff on making the sale possible, I want to highly recognize Meet Sharma for his outstanding personal assistance. Meet went out of his way to assist us in the process and made sure of our comfort during the process. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. Would recommend the dealership.
Worst experience here took out two cars from here already and both came with horrible none stop problems. Also Horrible service here. Been waiting 3 weeks for service and a loaner. The day comes and they say I never scheduled anything for this month. The Gm has said he would personally take care of this isue and I haven’t heard from him in almost a month now.
This place is a nightmare from the moment you walk in. The customer service is appalling. They make a bunch of empty promises to close a deal and then leave you high and dry after they close the sale. Avoid at all costs.
My first time experience was TERRIBLE! I recently purchased a used Audi A4 from another dealer. I went to Audi for an oil change and the customer service is by far the absolute WORST! after the service of the vehicle they just threw water on my car! No actual wash! Wanted me to spend additional money on a back break light they said was out. I never asked them to check anything. I thought they would give a mini vacuum with the oil change and BUT NO! I would give zero stars if possible. I do not recommend this dealership. Terrible customer service. I’ve tried twice and the team is not engaged in making the deal happen. Responses are very delayed (for example I’ve been waiting for a response more than 6 days - which he said that would take only a couple hours). I am an Audi customer and I am very disappointed.
We are proud and happy owners of Audi A4. This is the second Audi we have bought from this amazing and trully excellent dealership . We worked with Daniel on a trade and big deal. We loved working with him because he was kind, funny and took the time to work out the best deal for us. We had nice time at Audi Morton Grove . Everyone was kind and informative!
