Have received nothing but respect from Audi Morton Grove aka McGrath. I am surprised that there are some less than excellent ratings and comments made by others because I have only witnessed kind, caring, proactive people tending to all customers' needs and expectations. Wish there was a more streamlined system on buying a vehicle where it doesn't consume so much time and brain cells to get through it. Had something stolen from my car..waited a few days for it to come up or make sure i wasn't mistaken before i made the consultant aware that it went missing while my car was with them. All he said was sorry and forwarded the message to his manager...haven't heard from his manager yet lol. Good job audi not only is your service overpriced but now i have to worry about people looking through my personal stuff.
My experience with Morton Grove is great, which they had changed my negative perception towards auto dealership in general. The staff is professional and courteous to work with. They weren't any pressure and hassle from them. I would recommend others to this dealership.
