Worst car buying experience that I have ever encountered. The staff here are not knowledgeable about the products what so ever and the managers play games with the numbers. I would highly suggest going to Audi Exchange in Highland Park, they are much more pleasant to work with and have tons of inventory being that they are one of the largest volumn dealers. I have never had a great experience with any McGrath dealers. When you do the math DONT do McGrath!
Horrible! We agreed on a set amount and I signed on it then called insurance. When I got off the phone we were informed that there was a "glitch" in the system and the previous set amount was wrong, they wanted to raise it almost 2,000. Such a joke, it's not our fault there was a "glitch" but a signature is a signature. Time to step up Morton!

There is no reason this dealer should have any less than 5 stars, the sales and service staff are all fantastic. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The facility is spotless and the selection of cars is very large. Even if you dont live close to the dealership it is worth the trip. I bought my Audi from here and have it serviced here. Ill never go anywhere else.
Audi Morton Grove is the best! I never thought I would stray from BMW being my favorite car, but Sergey at Audi MG converted me. I love my A6. Everyone there was very helpful - Sergey took me on many test drives and answered all my questions. Mike and Reny made the purchase of a new car painless. I can go back there anytime with any questions and I love my free car washes!
I recently purchased an Audi A5 from McGrath Audi, and I was not happy with my experience and transaction, and I sent a letter to Mr.Gary McGrath and related my concerns. He immediately arranged for the General Manager of Audi Morton Grove to come to my home , and make sure that they corrected my complaints and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the transaction and their service. I feel Audi Morton Grove were responsive to my issues and totally made amends to my satisfaction.
