The new facility is amazing and I love just walking around looking at all the awesome cars. Free wash is usually available and grab a free coffee while you wait. Service is quick for waiters or just schedule a loaner. Got a great deal from Ramzi, look for him!
I bought my Q7 couple weeks ago and I am very happy with the car so far for that reason I thank to Michael Shaoul. He is very knowledgeable with his cars and services, and anything he doesn’t know he goes to get the answer right away. He is very helpful before the deal, during the deal and after the deal. He is very honest and has a great personality. Still when I have any question about the car he is happy to answer. This is not my first car and first dealership experience. when i said that i mean it. Thank you all again.

Horrible tried to sucker us as if we were dumb. Gave us such a lowball offer was a waste of time. Hoffman Audi had the rs7 before and gave us a much better deal when the car had less miles. Sad part was we had two previous audis from here and now dealer went to crap.
The service takes long. 3hrs due to waiting for the deliver. But people there are very nice
