Very unexpected quote for diagnosing! I was unaware of the $180 per hour charges until I came to pick-up vehicle & was told the fee is $547.00. Unacceptable price gouging. No work was done and never will be.
I visited Jim Ellis Audi on Thursday to look at a used car on their lot. Kevin Brayboy had the car waiting for us when we arrived around noon. The car was spotless -- looked like a new car! Kevin could not have been more helpful and courteous. Drove home 3 hours later with my "new" car. Highly recommend Kevin and Jim Ellis Audi!
