Just had the absolute best experience in buying a car in my life! My guy Drew was incredible! extremely courteous, professional and absolutely went above and beyond to accommodate my family, all the staff was incredible and they truly know how to treat a client! Recently brought in my Q7 for service. The entire staff was friendly and professional throughout the whole process, my service advisor Ron was especially great. They had to keep my car for a few days to complete the work and they offered a courtesy vehicle for my convenience. I would highly recommend.
Sales agent was very rude. Customer service was subpar. I will not be doing any business with them in the future, and will definitely not recommend it to anyone who asks me.
took my A6 in for maintenance and loaner was brought out promptly didn't take 10 minutes
My service experience has been awful. Over a year period of time and 2 service appointments, I rolled away to have the Add Blue warning come on the day after picking my Q7. This after asking the service advisor several times to have the tech add blue. This happened while on road-trip last summer and now again prior to taking ny family on a trip next week.
