Everyone goes above and beyond and makes the entire experience so enjoyable! I highly recommend using them, they are known for return customers because of how great their service is!

I made a purchase and they were reasonable to deal with, however, I must recommend that one do their homework before going in, its easy to get carried away in the process.
I was sold a premium road hazard policy which cost me $1800, the trim over my right rear wheel well flew off when I hit an obstacle on the freeway. I was under the impression from the salesman that would be covered by premium upgrade. Image how upset I am, first, why would this trim fly off? I believe it was a mAnufacture defect. There was no other damage to under carriage or side panel, Second why didn’t the extra protection kick in? The repair cost me $719. I’m furious. A $50k vechicle should fall apart from road debris
I brought my car in January 2018 the seat was ripped did not notice until I brought the car home. Well I talk to the sale persin he said they will repair the seat. The seat was glue this was a temporary fix. The glue did not last long. I took the car back to dealership explaining my concern, they gave me an quote 1500, granted I have not had the car a year. Dropped my car off this morning before 9am for the airbag recall repair and prior to bringing my car verified & was told that they had the parts. Now at 5pm they call & say that the do not have the parts & that it will be 3-5 days before they will have the parts available & to come get my car & bring it back when the parts come in. Also I still have to pay the $180 diagnostic fee but what they diagnosed they can't fix it. Unacceptable and huge inconvenience Audi Marietta! 1 star!
Had my 2013 rs5 towed in for a ruptured oil cooler. Quick diagnosis, professional communication through the whole repair process and flexibility with my schedule. Ryan from service was fantastic.
