I went to Audi on 31 May and will never spend my money there again. The staff was not welcoming and the Service Adviser was abrasive, angry and behaved as though I was a bother to him. I am a retired veteran of the Marine Corps and was treated with immense disrespect for my time and my money.

Came in because the thermostat on my friends 2011 S4 went out and the car started overheating. Not the dealership’s fault obviously, but we were there for 20mins before dropping the car off and while he was speaking with the service advisor I stood with the car, about 5 mins go by and he comes back saying they recommended his tires be changed out also because they were all measured to be at 3/10 tread wear. the experience was great in the sense of the customer care. Ryan. helped me run a diagnosis on a car I had gotten out of state. he was very honest and easy to talk to. I talked to one of the main car salesman as well. he spoke to me with the up most respect. and you could tell he they all truly cared about me. my car and the situation. do I recommend them yes. any day everyday. I thank Audi of Marietta and Ryan I truly appreciate you.
Do not over charge for service
I bought my Q3 two years ago. My sales rep Ahamed was the best sales person I have ever dealt with after buying nine cars in my life. So knowledgeable and professional. I have now had my car serviced for the second time since purchase. David was wonderful, kept me informed and believed me when I said the GPS was malfunctioning (on several trips), while many people were skeptical that anything would ever go wrong with the GPS.
