Great dealer, even with the limited experience with them. I went them after extensive research and they offered the best value by far, way better than any others. The salesperson was very personable but honest. At "negotiations time" he didnt play around. We ended up with a great car, service and personal care more than I expected.
They wanted like $62,xxx and they sold it cheaper. They did contact me a few times. If they get another Escalade like this, hopefully they call me.
They were attentive and responsive. Overall a great experience! They even picked us up from the Bart station commuting in from Daly City. Overall a great experience. We did receive one key with a dead battery which I had expected would have been replaced prior to getting the car, but a minor scuff on an overall great overall experience.
We talked and texted about two Escalades. They had nice cars but were the highest price and would not negotiate even with a cash deal..

I called them up told them I was intrested in the vehicle for my wife and we were on our way, Friendly, courteous And the paper work was so fast, everyone knows how long it takes to purchase a car. Worth the drive
