This dealer has always been great at sales and service. I bought my first Audi from them.
Outstanding salesman, happy with my purchase. The finance guy was tied up with purchasers for an hour. I had to wait in the lobby for an hour just to hand him my check and sign the purchase agreement. There has to be a better way!
The car I was interested in was no longer available. I did buy a car, a bit more expensive but very nice and still a good deal. Staff was very nice.
They treated me better than I expected... And I came home with this car :-)
The salesman was friendly but they don't have a price for the car, it's not for sale. Yet it is still listed.
This car was not available. The car I did test drive had a engine light on and when I pointed it out he told me it was a service light. The dealer I worked with was nice but I didn't feel like he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied.
Did not go with this dealer, unfortunately went with another place, HUGE regret. A whole other nightmare....Livermore was very friendly and answered all my questions.
