Sales rep was straight forward and honest. Sales manager, was typical of his role (a bit pushy and swarmy). F&I person is very professional. Wait time to finalize deal took longer than necessary.
Great dealer, even with the limited experience with them. I went them after extensive research and they offered the best value by far, way better than any others. The salesperson was very personable but honest. At "negotiations time" he didnt play around. We ended up with a great car, service and personal care more than I expected.
They wanted like $62,xxx and they sold it cheaper. They did contact me a few times. If they get another Escalade like this, hopefully they call me.
