We had a wonderful experience working with Audi Livermore. Jacob responded quickly to our inquiry and let us know if there were any scratches or cosmetic damages on the vehicle before we drove 1.5 hours away to come see it. We knew from the pictures & the price this car was listed at that we would probably buy it. It was a good deal for the exact interior color & leather we wanted. Nice experience
It took them 30 mins to locate the vehicle. I was told the car battery was dead and that was the reason all the check engine lights were on. I would have to say everyone was really nice but overall the process was very unorganized. Keep in mind I had appt prior to my arrival.
Ed was great i could not afford the down payment that was issued to me!

I asked if the car had been in any accidents. The salesman did not know. He told me he was not sure if the big scrape on the side of the car had been fixed. Scrape? Was the price for a fixed scrape or with the gash still there? I asked why he did not have this information prior to calling me. He said I was being rude and hung up on me. Lowest possible dealer rating is the result.
They are very friendly and kind My car buy was easy and simple. I was out of the in 1 1/2 hour. Drove away with my new car
Received an initial response when contacted saying interested in this vehicle, I replied asking for some additional information and then silence. Purchased a 2016 S6 from another dealer.
