First time buying a car and it was very smooth! Everyone was helpful and quick. No aggressive upselling just explaining options and letting us decide. The car was also freshly cleaned and in accurate condition.
Straight forward experience from finding car on CarGurus to requesting more pictures that were sent over quickly. Nice sales person, Ruan, was knowledgeable and easy to engage with. One disappointment was the online trade-in calculator by CarGurus was not correct, but we came to an agreement before going to the dealer. Once there car was as presented clean, charged and tradie-in was straightforward. Great with the whole experience
I had a confirmed appointment, still had to wait for them to put gas in the car (1/2 tank) then I got in the car and it had warning lights on, low tire pressure. For an Audi dealership selling an Audi-branded vehicle, it is surprising--and concerning--that the dealership would choose not to supply the standard two keys or complete a proper pre-certification check. Both could easily be handled on-site, which makes the omission feel more like a lack of attention and care than a limitation of resources.

As far as dealers go, I had a good experience. Everything was straightforward. I was not pushed on the extended warranty extras for purchasing when buying a used car. I told them upfront I wanted as is. Was given ample time to drive the car and inspect to my liking. All in all pleasant, was pleasant. I would do 4.5 stars plus. The deal I got was respectable, all in all I waited nine months for the right golf r. And so far, happy

I was in search of a Hyundai Tucson with low milage and a SUNROOF. I spotted a 2021 on the website of Audi Livermore. I made a phone call to their dealership and spoke with Edward Green.
