My husband and I had an excellent car buying experience with Mario Polit. After shopping around at other locations, we finally found what we were after here. Mario was extremely considerate and knowledgeable. The entire facility is immaculate and the general sales manager, Paul, was very hospitable and accommodating. I definitely recommend working with the team there, especially Mario and Paul.
Very fast and efficient. Got service done just this past week. Joe the Service Manager and his tech team was very helpful and professional. They did a diagnostics and told me what needed to be fixed. From there everything went great. I felt comfortable leaving my car knowing that prices was very reasonable and I recommend to all. A speacial thanks to Vito for his complimentary service. He made sure the experience at Audi Lakeland was fun and welcoming. He is a great sales man so please reach to Vito for any sales.

I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my Audi A4 there. Salesman, Danny was wonderful and I feel I purchased for a fair price without much haggling.
Very poor customer service! Would not recommend!! We had an appointment to see a car, drove 2 hours to get there and they said they sold the car while we were on the way over there. Told them before we left we were on our way and they said would have car ready for test drive.
could not make the deal work, but they were very responsive and helpful
Bought a used vehicle from another dealership which still had a few months left on the warranty and took it to Audi Lakeland. They made a couple minor repairs to the brakes and the back hatch and my vehicle is good as new. Thanks Ryan!!!
