What started off being a horrible and expensive experience because of the actions of another dealership, turned out to be nothing short of miracle. Joe and Ryan took customer service to a whole knew level by correcting a problem that was nothing of their doing. I just had the most amazing experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Ryan Charr, the service manager and Joe Pitchford, his assistant, not only treated me with respect, but they helped me solve some problems I was having with my Audi. I went to the dealership not expecting to have a good experience based on past experiences from other dealerships. I have to say Kayla changed that persona. She was very personable, honest and the right person to help me decide on a new vehicle. And on top of that Chris in finance gave the same experience. I will definitely be using this dealership for all further purchases and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
