Extremely helpful.
I don’t have anything nice to say about this dealership. I called about a car I was Interested in . I schedule an appointment for Saturday. Well guess what they sold the car and never contacted me . Keep in mind I live 165 miles away from this place . Horrible experience never again!!
what a surprise I have contacted a few dealers but never have I gotten a response like Audi Lakeland did. They did a complete video of the vehicle i was interested in. The video was very informative and the salesman did an excellent job. I was very impressed with this dealership.

Bought a Q7. Basically satisfied. Going into the dealer, you can immediately tell it is not jeep or chevy or honda… it's something luxurious,even the restroom is well designed like a 5 star hote. They use technology to sell cars, help customer understand the process,but also help them sell. I don't have to meet the Financial/ manage/whoever make final decision,which is a good thing.
They have been great communicating I will be stopping by this weekend . Unfortunately the car sold before I was able to make it but will use them in the future
Ken Stewart is a great man and he will make sure his staff treats you well. He is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and put in the work needed to get things done.
