Purchased a new Audi Q5 last Saturday at Audi Lakeland. My experience? What car buying should be! My sales representative, Danny, provided straight forward answers to all of my questions. By far the best car buying experience. Went in to look at a used vehicle and was treated like I was buying the most expensive car on the lot. Truly a great group of people to deal with.
RecommendedI had always wanted an Audi but didn't think it'd make sense to buy one since we had no dealerships nearby. That is, until I discovered the NEW Audi Lakeland dealership! Paul the General Manager went above and beyond for me at every turn. I work an hour away and my job is very time consuming & stressful. It didn't help that my bank with was just as busy, located in Illinois & difficult to reach. Making the process for all involved a stressful one. Paul could of easily sold the car to someone else and in less time but he didn't. He was the one who keep the deal from falling apart. He didn't have to do that as there was a lot of interest in the car due to a recent price drop. Thank you Paul.

My wife and I had an excellent car buying experience with Mario Polit. After shopping around at other locations, we were blown away by the hospitality and professionalism of Mario. He was extremely considerate and knowledgeable. The entire facility is immaculate and the general sales manager, Paul, was very hospitable and accommodating. I definitely recommend working with the team there, especially Mario and Paul.
