The car buying is personified at Steve White Audi! My daughter and I were going through a very hard emotional time when we de cided to buy her a new car of er choice. We looked at Mercedes first and then drove onto th Audi lot. Gabriel was truly a gift of knowledge and helpfulness that day. Her first Audi A7! Service didn't stop there. Debbie made the purchase. Breeze as well!
Just had my first service at Audi Greenville and will definitely be back. Jean took care of every issue I had. Fantastic experience!
I'd also like to add that Jean in tech support was a great help too. I had some trouble with my Bluetooth connecting to the stereo and Jean walked me through the whole process..I appreciate the help and that fact he was very knowledgeable about my issue and how to resolve it...Thanks Jean!!
After getting a car with a lot more technology than my truck I needed a little help with figuring everything out. Jean was a huge help and got me to the point where I feel comfortable with what I'm doing
Randy was very efficient and friendly. Got my service taken care of in a timely manner and I was very pleased!
The new facility is spectacular and always has new vehicles to look at. Salesmen are super helpful and the service managers are great. Randy Trowbridge is extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle and provides great and timely help. Look forward to my next visit!

My wife and I just purchased a new 2016 Q5 from Audi Greenville and it was an excellent experience due to the dedication and support of Rey Roberts and Matt Whitaker. Rey and Matt went above and beyond to locate the exact color and configuration Q5 we requested - - 3 times as we changed our mind through the process. We look forward to the continued excellent service and support moving forward.
AC issue, but was in and out with loaner in ten minutes. Quick fix, excellent customer service by Guy and Tou!
