Audi Service Manager Guy Mobley is knowledgeable, attentive, efficient, professional and polite. He breaks bad news gently and answers questions with grace. It was almost like speaking to a doctor! Service center is pristine, courtesy hot drink bar was well stocked. Reminds me of the class of car I drive and customer service I (should) expect but rarely find anywhere anymore. Excellent.
I had been a loyal Volvo owner for over 20 years. I switched to an Audi A 6 about 3 years ago. The service that I have received from Randy Trowbridge has exceeded all previous service I have ever received at any other dealership. He is a kind, thoughtful person who takes the time to review your car needs. I have become a loyal Audi owner for life due to Randy. Happy customers is the most important aspect of a successful dealership. Randy rates 110%.
Randy and Tou do a great job as service advisors. They understand the vehicles they service. Their evaluation of your problem and how it will be referred to the technicians leave you comfortable that a competent service will be performed.
