Great experience! Our salesperson (Joe) wasn't just selling a car, he was selling the experience. He was genuinely excited to show off the cool features in the new Q7 and was very knowledgable in the Audi product. I can't say how much I appreciated how quick and easy the process was, and the time everyone at the dealership took to walk me through all of the features. Thank you!

Today's service at Audi Greenville was another 5-Star experience for me. I say "another" because I have never experienced anything other than absolute professionalism at this dealership. Randy Trowbridge, Service Advisor, is very knowledgeable and always seems to know the exact status of the service being performed when I call for an update. And, the new ultra-modern dealership facility makes the experience even more pleasant. I plead guilty to being a "car nut" and this is the best dealership I have ever dealt with!
