I've purchased 4 Audi's from Audi of Greenville with the most recent one being a 2018 S6. In each of my experiences Jim Kirby was my sales advisor. I found him trustworthy, knowledgeable, good follow-up skills and someone who would provide advice and alternatives to my questions that were solution-based. Audi of Greenville does indeed deserve its 3rd in the Nation rating. Audi Jim or Jim Kirby as he is know in the business circles is a really relaxed and really good salesperson. He will have answers to all of your questions and them some. We recently purchased a Q3 that did not have the HomeLink system installed, which was something we really really wanted. While evacuating from Hurricane Irma in my Audi, I had the misfortune to get a flat tire which required towing my Audi Q7 through two states to the Audi Dealer in Greenville. I had a dog and was anxious to return to my home in Florida asap. Jonathan went out of his way to make sure a tire was available and set aside for my car when it arrived. He was able to expedite the repair and get me back on the road, complete with an Audi Tervis Tumbler and a dog leash for my puppy! Now that is above and beyond service!
Had to have a unique issue diagnosed with my A4. Kudos to the service team for finding the problem. It involved replacing the passenger seat. It did take about 3 months for seat to come in from Germany. I was given a A4 loaner car to keep overnight They even repaired my touch up paint job..haha Very pleased
The Sales Part - Gabe, Matt, and Terry went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. This included doing something I have never heard of any other dealership doing. My wife and I have purchased two Volkswagen's and now one Audi from Steve White. The Audi experience was where they secured a customer for life.
