I have been an Audi owner since 1994 and a customer of Audi Greenville for ten years and have had nothing but exceptional service from a professional and caring team at this beautiful and nearly brand new facility. Had one of my two Audi's in for service yesterday and Randy Towbridge was the service rep who just did a fantastic job with me and the car. I really appreciate the dedicated team of great folks.
The facility is new with all the amenities you could ever want and starting with Florida in reception, Terry & Jim in sales, Randy in service Greenville Audi is just an all around delightful company to do business with.
Awesome service from any service advisor. Hate dealing with car stuff but these folks are always top notch!
