My Q7 was due for service. Because of the pandemic, they sent a valet for my car and left me with a loaner car. When the service was over Gregg called to tell me the results, a valet brought my car back to my home. What a great day! I really appreciated this service because of age and my husband’s health conditions, (we are very vulnerable adults) in these covid times.
Huge thanks to Anthony and Curt for helping with everything purchasing this beautiful car. My personal bank sc telco really let me down. These guys were amazing. Thank you both for everything.
Justin is always great as my service advisor. He really makes sure to go into detail regarding my multi point inspection. The service center as a whole is very accommodating rather you chose to sit and wait for your vehicle to be completed, providing a loaner, or even providing an Uber. This past service appointment, there were not any loaner vehicles available so I was provided an Uber to and from my home while my vehicle was getting serviced at no charge to me!

We had a warm cheerful greeting as soon as we entered the dealership. Anthony was exceptional. Anthony knew that we just wanted to drive a certain SUV to help us make a decision on another car on the VW side. He was very helpful and never pushy. If I returned to the Audi dealership in the future, I will definitely seek out Anthony to help me.
Everyone we met and worked with were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They took time to talk to us as people, not just customers. Even my son said he loved coming here! This experience was a 10, and I left with a car I know I’ll love for years to come. I’m so thankful for the whole team at Audi Greenville and would highly recommend them!
