Great customer contact representatives! Going to Audi Greenville is like taking your vehicle to a friend’s place for service.
Everyone is pleasant & professional. I never have to wait to be helped. I’m greeted as soon as I drive up & am helped immediately. I feel special. Place is always clean / organized. Work on vehicle is thorough; never have had an issue since I’ve been coming to this dealership (2009).
The personalized service was very unexpected. They never even tried to put me in a new car, as most dealerships do during your wait.
We had a very good experience! Bought our Cadillac Escalade from Nick! Very pleased with the vehicle!
