I live in New Bern, NC and I had researched Audi's for a couple of months and then remembered I had bought a VW from the associated VW Dealer in Greenville, SC a few years ago and what an easy and pleasant process it was. I contact Kerri at Audi who worked with me for 3 months from ordering to delivery, staying in contact along the way. I picked up my new 2016 Q3 last week and not only am enjoying the car, but enjoyed the weekend in lovely Greenville as well.
Audi of Greenville is the most professional dealereship i have ever done business with .....and i have dealt with many in my 73 years. From sales to service they make every transaction pleasurable. I value efficiency and Audi of Greenville is efficiency personified

My initial review of the dealership was 5+, based on our buying experience. But service after the sale has been horrible. I have left multiple voice mails for staff but cannot get a return call. Any suggestions on who to follow up with?
First class operation! I've dealt with Jim Kirby and Louis Permanente (Audi Sales) on several occasions and will tell you they always go above and beyond for their customers. I'm sure the rest of the staff at Audi Greenville are just as awesome. Highly recommend!
Met up at the dealership via the lovely young lady that handles the internet sales. Arrived at the dealership and was shown all of the models that Miss Ericka had arranged for. Took 2 for test drives and although we are still undecided I know that if I purchased an Audi that I would use this dealership.

So I'm a tad partial. I do work there. But in all fairness, the reason I wanted to work there was because of the great customer service they have, sells team and service and parts department.
