Great shopping experience and definitely ask to work with Len. This was my second ever car purchase but Len was so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They made the experience convenient for me, not necessarily for them which was a nice touch.
Great experience setting up my Q5 lease with Len at Audi Cary. Walked in and drove away with exactly what I wanted. I appreciated being treated professionally. This is my second car with them and I have nothing but positive interactions with everyone in sales and service. Any issues have always been resolved promptly without excuses or the subtle blaming I have encountered at other dealerships ("you probably just didn't screw the gas cap tight enough, Mam"). Stranded between Florida and Connecticut we had a choice of dealers to go to. Audi Cary was the not the closest, but the the customer service on our initial call made it clear they cared and help us get back on the road as quickly as possible. Their kindness and professionalism had us back on the road in 24 hours on a holiday weekend. Amazing! If we lived in the area I wouldn't go anywhere else.
