RecommendedFantastic place, and great customer service! Johnnie Richards went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I purchased the vehicle we felt most comfortable with. We settled on a Q5 which required manufacturing in Germany. Johnnie kept us informed through the 90 day process. On the day of pickup, the entire Audi Cary staff treated my my wife, parents, and newborn baby girl with first-class care and professionalism!

Great experience buying a new vehicle from Audi Cary. Our sales rep, Eric Danforth, was excellent - responsive, knowledgeable and patient, letting us work through the decision process on our terms. Highly recommend working with him. The delivery process was also great - everything in order and the "tutorial" on the car very helpful.

I brought my A4 in for service and got an A3 as a loaner. Michele gave me the best possible customer service! There was a delay in getting a part and she called to let me know right away. When I voiced some hesitation at driving up from Fayetteville in the evening Michele assured me it wouldn't be any trouble if I came up in the morning.
