RecommendedI recommend the SALES department of Audi Cary only. I had a very pleasant experience and have referred a couple of friends to Eric Danfoss. However I can not recommend their service department after having several issues, consisting of poor service to simple incompetence. I filled out an Audi service months ago after my last experience and received zero feedback. So in a nut shell.... great sales dealership significantly let down by poor service.
I had a wonderful experience with Audi Cary. I had my mind and heart set on a certain type or car found it on auto trader did the chat feature to set appointment. When I got to dealership Robert was super nice answered all of my questions didn't make me feel pressured. They resolved all the concerns I had with the vehicle and made the car buying experience easy stress free and as contactless as possible.
Wale Elshamy was awesome to work with. The car buying process is not something I enjoy and I tend to negotiate pretty fiercely, he understood that and got to the bottom line quickly.

Eric Danford was very very awesome! From the time we spoke on the phone to the time I came and purchased my new birthday car! He made sure all my paperwork was squared away and had me in and out of the dealership in no time! I highly recommend him as a car salesman. 10 STAR service
Had a great experience purchasing a car at Audi Cary. Walt was an excellent sales representative answering my questions and following up with me on the purchase of my new RS3. Even the manager came over asking me for my car keys so that he could move my vehicle so that my wife and I did not catch the downpour outside once we left the center; we left in our car, purchasing the new vehicle the following day. Attention to details is what makes you want to return to a dealership.
I had a great buying experience at Audi Cary. From start to finish they were extremely professional Robert was very patient with me. This is my first Audi and I did not know too much about the technology. He took his time and explained everything to us. Hugh was also very patient with me as I did not understand a few warranty dynamics. I was extremely happy. Thank you
