Service department is horrible
Ladies, save yourself and go somewhere else that respects women. Just because I am a woman doesn’t mean I don’t understand my car. Go somewhere that values your opinion and respects your knowledge on cars.
I have had my car for almost 6 years. The buying experience was great but what I’m really here to rave about is the service! Michelle Lukas has been my service advisor the entire time and she is amazing! Sure, she’s a M*chigan fan, but I can overlook that! 😁. She is always on top of things, ready to go when I get there and goes out of her way to make getting my car worked on painless. Michelle truly puts a great face, work ethic, and personality to Audi Service!
