No response to my proposed suggestion to further an online sale without my going to dealership. Instead they just lowered the price, hence losing money. Makes no sense.

Hi, all vehicle sales require at least one in-person visit to the dealership. This was likely explained to you during the process, and since that requirement wasn’t met, we were unable to move forward with finalizing the sale.
Overall, a good experience. My salesman, Brendan, was excellent—knowledgeable, helpful, and definitely deserves a 5-star rating. The only reason I’m giving the dealership 4 stars is because of a minor glitch in the loan paperwork that caused a two-hour delay when picking up my vehicle. Also, I noticed a brake light bulb was out and had to replace it myself. Otherwise, very happy with the purchase and the way I was treated.

I never thought I would be disgusted by a 4S formal dealership, but here I am. They are trying to sell a 2021 GT53 that is 4 years old with 25k miles, a very basic model, initially priced at $84k. This car has an MSRP of only $100k due to its lack of packages. They know that's a high price that no one wants to buy, so they lowered it to $72k and believe it's a normal price.
