Great with the whole experience
Everyone there was very professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone
I had an appointment at 10am to see a bmwx5. I call at 8:45 and told them i was leaving Vero Beach at 9am. Jose said they had the car waiting for me. I received a phone call 30 minutes later after I was on my way. They said the car was sold. This was on 5/8. I noticed the car is still for sale. I emailed Jose and no one has responded. Very confused?
Overall it was a great experience, very professional and they had complimentary snacks and drinks!
Dealership couldn’t answer my questions about the car and did not provide their inspection notes after multiple requests. Overall unhelpful and not a serious dealership.

Great dealer I bought my car there
I had a confirmed appointment, still had to wait for them to put gas in the car (1/2 tank) then I got in the car and it had warning lights on, low tire pressure. For an Audi dealership selling an Audi-branded vehicle, it is surprising--and concerning--that the dealership would choose not to supply the standard two keys or complete a proper pre-certification check. Both could easily be handled on-site, which makes the omission feel more like a lack of attention and care than a limitation of resources.
