Very bad
Horrible attention, whenever I try to go to the doctor and I call by phone the person who answers the phone tries all the time to convince me not to go to the doctor and to go to the pharmacy if it is not urgent. They gives me the option of an appointment but in 20 days, it's absurd. What is wrong with healthcare in this country?
I have great experience with this surgery so far. Doctor, nurse, pharmacist, receptionist all of whom I have interacted with, have been really great and super helpful always. Mind blowing!
Been with Auckland Surgery for over 30 year. Always excellent and informative.
