Wasted my time for 4yrs and now they want to waste another 2. The receptionists don't listen and definitely don't communicate with the doctors/nurses and the Dr's (though there are the good one or two) generally don't appear to actually want or care to help you. I would not reccomend this place if you're wanting something done quick or at all.
Good luck getting through on the automated telephone system. Practice opens at 8 and I managed to get through at 8.15 to be told there were no appointments left that day. I was told if I was unhappy about that I can contact Practitioner Services to find another GP practice. You are asked if your issue is urgent and made to feel like you are wasting their time if it isn't. But it is the Practice that have made this system. You cannot book appointments any other way or in advance.
Absolute disgrace trying to get an appointment here. My daughter lives in a city and gets an appointment on the day with no waiting for hours on end to get a telephone answered. NHS should be striking off surgeries like this.
