I recently moved to Auchinleck Surgery and I am impressed with professionalism, empathy and compassionate approach. I felt extremely traumatised in my previous surgery, to the extent of feeling fearful of talking to the reception and medical staff. The experience I have had so far is outstanding. Thank you. I am regaining my trust and hope/as I am dealing with some chronic problems that require medical assistance...

Recently moved to the area and encountered some unexpected medical concerns; this whole team have been amazing, including the pharmacy next door. Friendly, professional and very pro active in their approach to patient care. *****
No fault to other staff other than the nurse who is literally heartless imo. Every appointment was traumatic with the way she handles things, especially when I came in about a miscarriage and was told “what do you what me to do about it” also “there’s nothing she can do since it’s out” and received no support whatsoever Spoke to the manager who made it clear that they’re friends and asked what do they expect me to be done about it? Safe to say we have registered elsewhere
Avoid like the plague. Complete lack of care, rude unacceptable behaviour. Left a newborn in the freezing cold for 15 minutes because they were enjoying their lunch. Refused to let us wait inside and called the police when I demanded attention. Doctors are supposed to have sworn an oath and have a duty of care. These ones do not!
