Valley RV Supercenter is proud of its rich and unique history in the RV industry. In 1966 Frank Lee, President, his partner and vice president, Ron Claudon and two other gentlemen visited a small factory in Forest City, Iowa which they had been doing business with selling their truck canopies and travel trailers. This trip was the start of something big, and these 4 gentlemen were soon driving back home to Auburn, WA. in 4 of the first 10 Winnebago motor homes ever produced.

This place was amazing to work with!!! Chuck Joss made this the easiest rv purchase ever!!! We truly appreciate all the hard work and the need to keep the customer happy!! Rick was also a pleasure to work with and answered EVERY question that we had!! This is our 2nd rv purchase with Valley and we would not hesitate to go back or refer any of our family and friends!! First time trailer buyers and couldn't be happier with the product and the staff at valley rv!!!! One year in and loving it!!
We bought our Denali travel trailer sight unseen thanks to Charley's thorough exam and more pictures on request. Derek in finance and all the service guys worked hard to make sure the trailer was ready to go upon our arrival to pick up after driving 750 miles, even switching out the spare tire with a questionable tire for our long journey home. Thanks guys!
Just purchased our new RV here yesterday. We worked with Danielle and she was great! The sales manager was also great to work with! Will send people there!
This was our first purchase. Kristi was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. However, the real customer service came when we went to pick up our RV. To truly understand you have to know that my daughter loves Care Bears. I mean 170+ stuff Care Bears and growing. Anyway, as we are touring our new RV we find Kristi has gotten my daughter a new Care Bear and place it in the bunk bed my daughter claimed when we first saw it. Paid for repairs on rear garage door for our toy hauler and work was not completed to requested repairs. Service was very poor and extended time in shop past promise date. We will not return to this place.
We loved our experience with Randy and the rest of the team! Everyone took their time teaching and explaining, and we couldn't be happier with our newest purchase! Thank you so much for everything!
